LeojraLabs

We build enterprise-standard systems for companies that care about getting the foundations right. One or two clients at a time.

Principle one

Restraint
over hype.

We don't adopt technology because it's new. We adopt it because it works. AI only where it solves a real problem; proven patterns everywhere else. Most software has too much in it. Ours has less.

Principle two

Details
over features.

A cart checkout that never breaks is worth more than ten features nobody asked for. We spend time where it shows.

Principle three

Precision
over shortcuts.

We don't ship fast and fix later. We iterate fast, but we build it right. Every architectural decision traces back to how the best engineering teams in the world solve the same problem at scale.

For operability, we study Google’s SRE practice — SLOs, error budgets, incident response, and adopt what fits a small team.

Why it matters

The gap between “deployed” and “production-grade.”

When engineers join companies like Stripe, Shopify, or Monzo, they inherit years of accumulated infrastructure and rarely think about how it was built. Solo founders and small teams start from zero, and the gap between “deployed” and “production-grade” is enormous. Most never close it.

We close it. We study the public engineering writeups from the companies that solved these problems at scale, and implement those patterns as real, working code, right-sized for smaller teams.

Infrastructure takes years to build.

We bring it to day one.

Our first client, and a relationship that began in 2023 — first in-house, now as their independent software partner. We built the customer-facing tracking platform, then established the whole platform on AWS: a pnpm and Turborepo monorepo across three products, Terraform-provisioned environments, CI/CD on ECS Fargate, and automated reporting on Lambda and Step Functions, with Cloudflare Zero Trust and OIDC at the edge.
